Dr. Vicki Ben-Yaacov
Goleta Union Board Trustee
“I was particularly impressed that, before officially filing to run, Valerie embarked on a “listening tour,” meeting with parents, teachers, board members, and local nonprofits to better understand the needs of the district. I believe her approach and skill set are well suited to what SBUSD needs right now.”
